Why deliberative workshop(s) on Social Inclusion

Our deliberative workshops actively engage communities and their leaders in conversations and dialogues to address development and democratic challenges or concerns.  We employ a citizen driven process that equip community stakeholders with the knowledge and skills to address, develop and implement a community based and managed action plan that prioritize gaps affecting inclusivity for all including persons with disabilities, grassroots women and youths.  The community based and managed action plan consists of the following key elements:

  1. What needs to be done, i.e. priorities, strategies and targets
  2. Why they need to be done, i.e. goals, objectives and expected outcomes
  3. By who, or persons responsible/actors
  4. When, timelines
  5. With what, resources and their mobilization
